On these few pages we have highlighted some of the issues which can arise where couples are thinking of getting together or separating and problems that can arise with children.

Please do not use the enquiry box on this page as following change of interhost cannot guarantee it is working properly. It is better to email or phonebut BT are moving me to Cloud Voice and internet and phone may be out of service for what I hope will be a short while.  My mobile number, on which there is an anwering service, is 07771 906461 and this should be continuing to operate and will be checking messages more regularly when next we open on Monday 3rd April 2023.

We have set out the various ways in which you may contact us so please feel free to do so for an informal discussion on how we may help and how much it may cost or to arrange a meeting.  I am able to offer a link to the Family Law Lab pathway called Engage which helps gather relevant information to provide a factual background to be to be able to give advice.

We appreciate that clients have work and family commitments and that having to contact a solicitor in office hours is not always convenient. We will always try and be available at times which suit both of us including early evening or early morning, before or after work. If we are not available when you ring, because we may be engaged with another client or in Court, please leave a message with your preferred time to be called back.

If you send an e-mail you consent to us sending you an email back or using any other contact information you have provided but in view of the confidential nature of our work please make sure the e-mail account is secure and that passwords aren’t known to the other party or anyone with access to the computer.  You also consent to us retaining your information for the purpose of providing the service requested and retaining it for legitimate business purposes, for example, preventing a conflict of interest arising but we assure you this will not be provided to any other person or organisation unless there is an over-riding statutory obligation or safeguarding issue.

We have set out links to other outside resources which we thought might be helpful in going through matters but if any do not work please let us know.

Thank you for making it this far.  Whilst we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to contact us  please do so but I should make it clear that due to pressure of existing commitments I am not able to take on any new matters, particularly if they involve Court proceedings, and am unlikely to be able to do so for the rest of this year.  I am willing to make exception if you have been recommended by an existing or past client or you have been a client in the past. until the New Year at the earliest.

With the benefit of modern technology you do not have to live in Cornwall to take advantage of our low rates – so what have you got to lose?
